Separated Mum’s Group (Esher) Topic: Parenting through separation!
March 1 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Parenting can be tough, but parenting before, during and after a separation brings parenting to a whole different level.
– Are you going through a separation that is causing stress and worry?
– Do you fear that the situation is having a negative effect on your children?
– Do you need some tools and strategies to help you cope with the separation that will support you AND your children get through this with as little negative impact as possible?
Together we will explore ways to deal with your struggles and make sure your children (and you) get the right support, whatever stage you are at in your separation.
Topic: Coping Thorugh Separation!
We have designed this session for you to learn to control only what you can and at the same time have a clear, fair and productive communication model with your ex partner, and relationship with your children.
This is also an opportunity for you to meet other likeminded mums who are equally determined to do what is in the best interests of their children. You will be able to share experiences, learn together and support each other.
This session is for anyone who wants to be a more positive and focused mother figure, no matter what you are going through in your separation! In this group we help you to move forward in a constructive way, this is not a place for “slating the ex” so we keep the focus on the positives!

I hope that I will be able to give any legal guidance needed during our meetings and also share my personal experiences as a separated parent.
