Our main job is to raise kids who can leave home, become 100% independent and live a happy life. Doing everything or doing too much for them does not set them up for success and can really disable them in the future! Continue reading
Sibling fighting can be one of the most stressful bits of daily life for parents (and others in the family). But when you think back to your own childhood: did you fight with your siblings? Well I for one did and I’m sure we drove our poor parents nuts! But it was almost like it was something we had to do. To find our feet, get it out of our system or simply just because we could and still had unconditioanl love from each other afterwards! Continue reading
We love supporting the family as a whole and can come to your home and offer Family Coaching. What is Family coaching: When we support the family as a whole. We will come to your home to observe, feel and see what is going on. We are not there to judge, point fingers, blame or shame but to give you a ‘fresh view’ from an outsider and offer you new tools and tips that will keep you moving forward. Continue reading
Yes it is that time of year again! Our poor teens and tweens have to get their heads down, study, revise and sit exams. With 3 teenagers myself I have had my fair share of it all, so hopefully I can offer you a few tools to help you get through what can be a really stressful time!

Family life can be very busy and it is easy to lose track of WHY we had kids in the first place. I have always been against ‘buying’ things on mother’s day, and actually also Valentine’s Day and all the ‘made up by shops days’. But I do LOVE when my children make me something to show their appreciating for the mother I am to them! Here is a poem from my daughter!
To my child,
I wrote this letter to make me feel better…
I know you think I’m hard on you and at times unfair, maybe even stupid! And I am. Because I love you. Because I want to be able to look into the future and know I can look back and say that I was the best parent I could be for you and for me. From a place of parenting, love & forgiveness.
