Recipes: Power Ball Snacks

We love healthy food!

At ParentingSuccess Coaching we are passionate about supporting families to create healthy eating habits.  We believe we can still eat healthily AND have a yummy healthy snack. All our snacks are easy and fun to make with your family.

Ingredients

  • Organic Oats – 1 cup
  • Dates – half a cup
  • Cashews – handful
  • Almonds – handful
  • Desiccated Coconut – enough to roll them in once made
  • Raw Honey – tablespoon

Method

Blend all together in a food processor and then separate and roll into small balls. Add more of the wet ingredients if necessary to get the right consistency.

Cover each in coconut and put on a plate to set in the fridge.

Store in airtight container for up to a week.
